EMPLOYERS/OWNERS

How it works
- Our goal at 5 Star Concierge Medicine is to have ALL of your employees as healthy as possible. We want them to also feel valued and for them to know that you have their backs.
- We will have an initial consultation with you to discuss how our process works, and to go over pricing. It is VERY affordable
- In a nutshell, you as the employer/owner are purchasing a healthcare membership for your employees
- You will pay a fixed price for EACH employee that you wish to be covered
- We recommend you cover ALL employees even if they have their own "traditional" health insurance
- Around the 27th of every month, 5 Star with confirm with your operations manager the current employee roster
- Employees no longer with you will be deleted from the list
- Employees that are newly hired will be added
- Your month's bill will be based on these new numbers
- This should take no longer than 5 minutes

What is covered?
- Routine illnesses
- Colds, flu, bronchitis, skin infections...essentially anything someone would normally go to their doctor for, or an urgent care
- Employees can be evaluated via telephone, virtual video, or in person
- They can contact the physician 24/7
- On the job injury:
- The physician can also evaluate for injuries obtained on the job like lacerations, burns, or other injuries
- These evaluations can be done virtually, or in-person and may also be evaluated at their place of employment if they need immediate attention to get back to work. For example, laceration repair or wound care
- **Laceration repair, wound care, and on-site visits will each incur a separate low cost charge paid by the employer at the end of the month. This charge covers a reasonable service fee for an on-site visit as well as supplies and procedures
- These evaluations can be done virtually, or in-person and may also be evaluated at their place of employment if they need immediate attention to get back to work. For example, laceration repair or wound care
- The physician can also evaluate for injuries obtained on the job like lacerations, burns, or other injuries
- Employees pay for their own medications
